The Space

The villa is spacious and very comfortable, perfect for family gatherings or groups. This second-floor villa features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There are 2 master bedrooms each with a king bed and 2 additional guest bedrooms. One with 2 queen beds and one with 4 bunk beds and a trundle bed. There is enough room for 12 guests.

You'll walk into a tile entry way with an adjacent laundry room, the perfect place to unload your beach towels and sandy shoes. Continuing down a 1/2 flight of stairs brings you to the relaxing living room, dining room, kitchen and balcony with outdoor dining overlooking the ocean and the beautiful villa grounds. The kitchen and dining area is perfect for all your guests, whether you decide to cook a family dinner or bring in a personal chef to do all the work for you!

Continuing down a 1/2 flight of stairs brings you to 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first is a perfect kids bedroom equipped with 4 bunk beds and a trundle bed, an oversized bean bag chair. The next bedroom has 2 queen beds with beautiful coastal decor, HDTV, and a spacious closet.

Walk down a 1/2 flight of stairs brings you to 2 King Master Suites each with their own en suite bathroom, spacious closets, and views overlooking the villa grounds with a slight ocean view.

Oceanscape includes a covered dedicated parking spot right next to the fully equipped beach closet and quick access to the elevator to bring you to the front door level. Oceanscape's beach closet includes all the beach games, chairs, and toys you need for family fun activities.

Just a short walk along the scenic boardwalk is Beach Walker's newly renovated pool and decks overlooking the ocean and green space. As you walk over the boardwalk to the beach you pass over the green space that was a former ocean front golf course. This is the perfect space to throw the frisbee, walk the dog, or meander down the path along the coast line. The end of the boardwalk brings you right out to the private beach to soak up the sun, boogie board in the surf, or play that competitive game of Pro Kadima on the sandy beach.

Our family has visited the coast of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina over the past 20 years and simply fell in love with Amelia Island. We have always dreamed of owning our own beachfront paradise that we can share with others!

Oceanscape is that dream come to life for us. We've put a lot of love and care into the home to make it a wonderful place for a family getaway. In the mornings, we enjoy some fitness along the shore. During the day, we love competing at every beach game possible, mixing in a dip in the surf and then simply soaking up the sun at the beach or pool. When we need a break from the beach you'll find us at the mini golf course in a friendly but competitive game!

The plantation is perfect for walks or bike rides with over 20 miles of pathways. We enjoy our excursions to the historic downtown Fernandina Beach visiting the quaint restaurants and shoppes. Let us know if there is anything we can do to make your stay perfect.
